We’re excited about what we’ve done so far!

Clubland is a pivotal part of our music history and our community story.
Kings X Club Land project is led by young people that take a look at London’s Kings Cross as the epicentre of UK rave culture.
Iconic Kings Cross warehouse clubs such as Bagley’s, The Cross and The Key hosted some of the most exciting club nights on which many of the artists took rave music out of the underground and transported it around the UK and to the future.

So far we have:

  1. Done the site visit and seen Old Coal Drops Yard’s redevelopment taking place.
  2. Helped young participants explore interviewing techniques and develop your own interviewing skills.
  3. Met and interviewed some extraordinary names, such as Anna Strongman, Debby Lee and Billy Riley to name a few.
  4. Interviewed ourselves – the young participants.

So far so good, but what’s next?!
